How do employees apply?
D
ecide on the total amount they wish to sacrifice from their
salary for a new bicycle. They can visit any Halfords store, or visit
the Halfords website to view their range online. Please note: the
LoC (Letter of Collection) cannot be redeemed online and in
store prices can differ.
E
nter required voucher value into the selection box. Don’t forget
that they can also choose cycle safety accessories, so ensure
their selected amount covers everything they need! Please note
that Halfords is unable to give change, but if they choose an
amount slightly above the price of their choice of bicycle they can
also acquire safety equipment within the terms of the scheme.
Ensure
they have printed, completed and signed 2 copies of the
Hire Agreement during the declaration process, and passed them
both to you.

What happens next?

ou will authorise the order, counter-sign the Hire Agreement and return a
copy to the employee for their records
• T
he order will be processed and Halfords will send a Letter of Collection
(LoC) to the employee’s home address, valued at the amount selected.
• E
mployee presents their Letter of Collection (LoC) and ID (passport, driving
licence or work ID with photo) in any Halfords store and selects their
bicycle from the entire range (excluding children’s bicycles). The LoC must
be redeemed within 4 months of issue
