LIMONCELLO SPRITZ
Serves 1
2 ounces limoncello 3 ounces prosecco 1 ounce club soda 1 cup ice 1 sprig mint, for garnish( optional) 3 slices lemon, for garnish( optional)
Add ice to a glass of your choice. Add the limoncello, followed by the prosecco and club soda. Stir.
Add garnishes of mint and lemon, if desired. Serve immediately.
