Whitney Holofchak , founder of Bonnie + Bud , is now living her dream …“ In December 2014 , I had a dream that my husband and I owned a piece of land called Bonnie + Bud Farms . It had a garden and a pond , and it was lush and beautiful . I woke up that morning feeling inspired by my dream , and the idea behind Bonnie + Bud came together .”
Also inspired by Whitney ’ s grandmother Bonnie and uncle Bud , who brought care , gratitude , generosity and love to everything they did , Whitney began sourcing small batch , local products to create custom gift boxes .
“ Most of the first items I selected were products I personally enjoyed and found happiness in giving to friends over the years . A lot of these were from local markets . My family and I continue to enjoy exploring local farmers and craft markets to discover unique finds to be included in our boxes ,” says Whitney .
Bonnie + Bud offers gift boxes for all occasions , with themes such as “ Welcome Little One ,” “ Home Sweet Home ,” “ Let ’ s Celebrate ,” “ For the Foodie ,” “ Thinking of You ” and “ With Gratitude .” Or you can share information about your recipient with Bonnie + Bud and they will tailor the gift to their taste and / or circumstance .
