PARSLEY AND PANKO-CRUSTED GOAT CHEESE BALL

This is a great base recipe . In addition to a parsley and panko-crusted cheese ball , I coated one with crushed pistachios and flavored the other with dill and lemon zest , then coated with slivered almonds . Use the ingredients you have on hand or flavors you enjoy .
8 ounces goat cheese 4 ounces cream cheese Dash of Worcestershire sauce ¼ cup Parmesan cheese , grated 2 teaspoons minced garlic Salt and pepper ½ cup panko crumbs
¼ cup fresh Italian parsley , finely chopped
In a bowl , mix cheeses , Worcestershire sauce , garlic , salt , and pepper together . Use your hands to form the mixture into a ball . Mix panko and Italian parsley together then roll the cheese ball in the mixture until the outside is covered completely .
