ARUGULA AND HERB SALAD
Serves 4
1 tablespoon lemon zest 2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup fresh dill , roughly torn
Chili flakes
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper , to taste 2 cups arugula ½ cup fresh basil leaves , roughly torn
Whisk lemon zest , lemon juice , red wine vinegar , and olive oil . Season with salt and pepper .
Toss dressing with arugula , basil , dill , and a pinch of chili flakes .
