S'MORES CHOCOLATE MOUSSE BARS

For the crust:
12 graham cracker sheets, finely
crushed
6 tablespoons salted butter, melted
6 ounces milk chocolate, melted
For the mousse:
8 ounces semi-sweet or dark choco-
late, finely chopped
4 large egg yolks
3 cups heavy cream
1 pinch flaky sea salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For the meringue:
4 egg whites
1 cup granulated sugar
1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with
parchment paper.
