A self-taught cook and working mom with a passion for
food and entertaining. Her love of the kitchen started at a
young age when she cooked Southern fare in the kitchen
with her mother and grandmother. She brings a “no fear”
attitude and eclectic palate to the table.
LESLEY HOLLAND DOWNEY
Beauty
Obsessed with all things beautiful. She worked in the
makeup industry for more than 10 years and has done
the makeup of countless friends, brides, and other willing
participants. Lesley is thrilled to be a part of the Peachy
team to do exactly what she has always wanted to do.
SARAH DUBOSE
Inspiration
A sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill, majoring in Editing and Graphic Design in the School of
Media and Journalism. She loves all things creative—writing,
interior design, fashion, and the use of multimedia. She has an
eye for the bright colors and patterns in life and hopes to share
the beauty she finds with the world around her.

Publisher and Editor in Chief
A garden designer for more than 20 years. She has a true
love for thoughtful design whether it be traditional or
contemporary. She is focused on creating meaningful, lush
spaces for her clients and publishing an excellent magazine.
