Summer Favorites
GIN BUCK
1 ½ ounces gin
Juice of half a lemon or lime
Ginger beer
Fill a Collins glass with ice and add the
gin and lemon or lime juice. Fill with
ginger beer and stir briefly. Garnish with
a lemon or lime wedge.
CLEMENTINE MARGARITA
2 ounces tequila
2 ounces Clementine juice (You can
also use orange or grapefruit…whatever
is in season.)
1 freshly squeezed lime
