GEESE A’ LAYING ½ ounce Grey Goose ½ ounce plum jam 2 teaspoons Cointreau Juice of a quarter of a lime Prosecco, to top
Shake all ingredients, except the prosecco, over ice. Strain into champagne glass and top with prosecco.
