Peachy loved having everyone together for the holidays, and I loved getting to
see my cousins that I adored and eating delicious food. Peachy spent weeks planning the menu and hours making everything just right. One of my favorites that
I make over the holidays is her cranberry relish. It has a great Texas twist with
jalapeños, cilantro and lime.
