Letter from the Publisher

There’ s something about fall that always feels like a return to rhythm. Summer’ s slower pace gives way to cooler mornings, earlier evenings, back-to-school routines, and a renewed energy for the months ahead. It’ s a season that makes me want to spend a little more time at home— gathering friends around the table and enjoying those first crisp evenings outdoors.

This issue of Peachy celebrates that spirit with beautiful spaces designed for the way we really live. In Charlotte’ s historic Eastover neighborhood, we visit a layered garden that brings a bit of California ease to the Carolinas, with inviting spaces for entertaining, relaxing, and family life. On the shores of Lake Norman, we step inside a stunning home where art, architecture, and thoughtful design come together to create spaces that are sophisticated yet wonderfully livable.
As summer gives way to fall, Tamberlyn’ s Entertaining feature makes the most of the season’ s last warm days with a relaxed menu
