AMERICAN OAK 2 ounces bourbon 1 teaspoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup ( see next page ) 2 – 3 dashes chocolate bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice in a rocks glass and garnish with an expressed orange twist .
GOLD SPUR 1 ounce apple brandy 1 ounce rye whiskey ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice ½ ounce honey syrup ( see next page )
1 heaping bar spoon of good quality apple butter
Cinnamon , grated
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into rocks glass with ice . Top with grated cinnamon .
