We started with a Kate-style queen upholstered headboard and bed frame from

Windy is perhaps best known for her Chica series of whimsical portraits , but in her home collection , Windy aims to move art off the canvas and onto the wallpapers , curtains , couches , beds , and other fabrics that give a home its character .
Her hand-painted Birds of a Feather design on aqua cotton-linen fabric gave our giveaway bed a calm-yetcreative feel .
