Dulce de leche (purchase pre-made or
make your own ahead of time)

Bake brownies ahead of time. Cool
and use a round biscuit cutter to cut
brownies into circles.
Roast the marshmallows over the fire.
Assemble the s’mores by layering a
pizelle cookie, a round brownie and a
roasted marshmallow. Spoon dulce de
leche over the marshmallow and top
with another pizelle cookie. n
