What is the one thing we never seem to have enough of ? Time . We fill our days with “ must-dos ” and we all have an abundance of those ! Here is a way to sneak in a great workout , regardless of where you might be — at home or on the road in a hotel room . You can get in a workout by performing body-weight exercises , but you can add variety by using the following two pieces of inexpensive equipment .
In addition to variety , the equipment can help you take your workout to the next level .
1 . Closed Loop Fitness Band : These bands are approximately 41 inches long and be easily stored in your bag . They can be purchased at the following sites : Resistancebandtraining . com or EliteFTS . com .
2 . Furniture Sliders : You may recognize this equipment as an easy way to move furniture . In the fitness industry , they are called “ val slides .” They are much less expensive if you purchase them at Amazon . com : EZ Sliders .
The following workout can be done in a short amount of time and in a small space . It doesn ’ t get much more convenient !
Go through both of these routines 2 to 3 times , moving as quickly as possible .

How to Use the Closed Loop Fitness Band

BAND CURL : 30 REPS
Loop the band around your feet and grasp it at shoulder width with your palms down . Execute the curl by going just short of full extension and as close to your shoulders as possible .
