While window shopping on Coast
Village Road in Santa Barbara, the
Peachy team came across a stunning
tanzanite ring. We stepped inside the
beautiful Daniel Gibbings store to take
a peek. Daniel Gibbings Jewelry features
exotic, bold and elegant high-karat
metalwork, fine colored jewels and
time-intensive fabrication. The exquisite ring that caught our eye, now sold,
was a showstopper along with Gibbings’ other beautiful treasures.
Daniel grew up in South Africa where
a rich tradition in craft sparked his
interest in design. He later traveled
extensively, soaking up the beauty of
the various locales and visiting museums, which deepened his growing
appreciation for metalwork. Through
his training at Jaffa School of Art in
Israel and Sir John Cass Faculty of Art
in London, Daniel has mastered the
techniques of jewelry design.
When Daniel decided to call Santa
Barbara home, he teamed up with
businesswoman and entrepreneur
Setenay Ozdemir-Osman. Their partnership has enabled Daniel to exercise
