On 7/20 we played Throw Out
2 Worst Holes.
Flight A was won by Marge Simpson with
a 57 and Roxie Schmit came in 2nd with a 59. Flight B
was won by Jane Neville with a 53 and Nora Barlow and
Nancy Peterson tied for 2nd with a 58. Flight Cʼs winner
was Mary Ahlin with a 52 and Nita Carnine came in 2nd
with a 58 followed by a 3rd place tie for Sandy Mitchell and
Catherine Forthun, both with a 59.
On 7/25 Roadrunner was played.
This was a crazy day for Flight B because there was a triple
tie for 1st place! Shooting a 104 were Nancy OʼBrien, Betty
Pasek and Nora Barlow. In Flight A Cindy Wagner took 3rd
with a 91, Ellie Tanzer took 2nd with a 90, and Lisa Carlisle
took 1st place with an 85!
The ROADRUNNER WINNER was Lisa Carlisle!!!
On 7/27 we Hit The Delete Button.
1st place in Flight A went to Sandy Gilderoy with a 48, fol-
lowed by Marge Simpson in 2nd with a 50, and Lazona
Lindner came in 3rd with a 52. In Flight B 1st place went to
Sandy Mitchell with a 44. Then things got tight…A 4 way
tie for 2nd went to Sandy Peterson, Sue Hale, Linda Hulshof
and Ronnie Wentzel, all four ladies shooting a 48!
On 8/1 Quail was played.
A 1st place tie went to Catherine Forthun and Ronnie Wetzel,
both shooting a 69 in Flight B. Sue Hale took 3rd with a 73.
Flight A had a 1st place tie for Mel Barnett and Namsook
Kim, both shooting a 71. Melanie Bridges shot a 72 for 3rd
place.
The QUAIL WINNER was Ronnie Wetzel!!!!!
On 8/3 we played 18 holes but scored only the Even Holes.
In Flight A 1st place went to Mel Barnett with a 38, 2nd
place went to Judy Oaken with a 39, and 3rd place went to
Cindy Wagner with a 40. Ronnie Wentzel took 1st in Flight
B with a 35, Char Mollineaux took 2nd with a 37, and Mary
Ahlin took third with a 37.5.

On 8/8 it was a great day for Modified 2-Person Scramble.
1st place in Flight B went to Sue Hale and Jane Neville with
a score of 91. 2nd place went to Judy Onken and Rita Ben-
fer scoring a 94. In flight A team Cindy Wagner and Ellie
Tanzer took 1st place with a 78. Marge Simpson and Lisa
Carlisle took 2nd with an 81.
On 8/10 we played Cross Country.
Lisa Carlisle took 1st place with a 30.5 in Flight A. She was
followed by Mel Barnett with a 31 for 2nd place and Lazona
Lindner in 3rd with a 32.5.
Nora Barlow took 1st place with a 28 in Flight B. Sue Hale
and Ronnie Wetzel tied for 2nd with a 30.
