BIRDIES are the BIG DEAL…
because itʼs November!
November is the month of the BIG BIRD!! Most folks
canʼt wait till Thanksgiving Day to say our thanks for all
of our blessings and enjoy that yummy TURKEY BIRD!
But we ladies of PGCC love birdies all year round. Donʼt
we, gals? Our kind of birdie is always sweet and equally
yummy!!!!
WOMENʼS CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP
Overall Winner of our 3 day event was Lisa Carlisle with a
266. Congrats to Lisa!!
In Flight A 1st place went to Ellie Tanzer with a 271, and
2nd went to Mel Barnett with a 277. In Flight B 1st place
went to Barb Brown with a 289, and 2nd place went to Judy
Onken with a 306. In Flight C, Sandy Mitchell came in 1st
with a 293 and Jane Neville took 2nd with a 311. Congrats
to all the winners.
ON SEPT. 26 WE COMPETED IN ROADRUNNER…
Our Roadrunner winner was Roxie Schmit with a 100, so
congrats to her! In Flight C, 1st place went to Sandy Mitchell
with a 103, 2nd place went to Betty Pasek with a 113. and
3rd place went to Jane Neville with a 114. In Flight B there
were 2 winners. Marge Simpson took 1st with a 94, and Barb
Brown took 2nd with a 98. In Flight A, 1st went to Bobbi
McDonald with a 92 and 2nd went to Lisa Carlisle with a 93.
FIELD SHOTS WERE FUN ON 9/28…
In Flight A first place went to Roxie Schmit with a 42 and
Lisa Carlisle took 2nd with a 43. Mel Barnett came in 3rd
with a 44. Nancy Peterson, Nita Carnine, and Sandy Mitch-
ell all won Flight B with a score of 42 and a 3 way tie!
QUAIL WAS THE GAME FOR 10/3 AS WE
WELCOMED OCTOBER ON THE 3RD!
Lyn Egenberger took 1st place in Flight B with a 77. A
three way tie for
