As a reminder to all owners and renters, as per Yavapai County Ordinance Number 2000-3, pets must be on a leash and attended to when out of the confines of your yard.  Ex- cessive barking and stray dogs should be reported to Yavapai County Animal Control at 928-771-3260.  Yavapai County Ordinance number 1997-2 requires all owners of dogs carry a baggie and clean up after your pet when it is outside of your yard.  This ordinance also requires that you keep your yard clean of feces as well.  Accumulation of feces creates a breed- ing place for flies and other undesirable insects which can create a serious health problem.    The POA and your neighbors thank you for keeping your dog on a leash, picking up after your dog and controlling ex- cessive barking.
