YOGA AT THE POA
There is a casual FREE yoga class held at the POA Activity
Room on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays each week
from 7:15 – 8:30 am. No yoga experience necessary for
this class–not strenuous. All ages welcome. Come join us.

The Dewey-Humboldt IONS group will meet on
Tuesday, October 3, 10:30am -12:30pm at the Dewey/
Humboldt Library. IONS meetings are open to everyone
with all points of view. Visitors are welcome!
“Meditation Circle” PVPL Ongoing Program: Come to
Prescott Valley Public Libraryʼs Meditation Circle and
actively practice moment-to-moment mindfulness with
other interested individuals. People from all stages of
practicing meditation are encouraged to participate in this
free monthly program. Chairs will be provided—please
bring a cushion if needed. No registration is required.

The POA will sponsor the Fall Community Garage
Sale on Saturday, October 7, 2017. Hours will be
from 8 am to ??? (your choice).
Get ready to turn your trash into cash! If you want
your address added to the list attached to the Com-
munity map, please call Marge at the office 772-6118
with the information. The cutoff date for additions
to the list will be Wednesday, October 4th. We will
advertise the sale in the local newspapers and on
Craigslist.
Please be sure to remove your garage sale signs after the
sale.
