We will offer The Basics of Facebook, Wednesday, May 20: 10:30am
– 12:30pm and on Thursday, May 21: 5 – 7pm. Pick your day to
attend.
After the May classes, we will take a break through the summer
and new computer classes will return in August. Upcoming classes
include Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

US Fans of UK Entertainment meet on Saturday Afternoons at 1 pm.
The group’s goal is to enjoy, share, and discuss British entertainment.
In May, they will continue to take a trip back in time viewing and
discussing classic 1980 Doctor Who stories, specifically the 7th
Doctor’s (Sylvester McCoy’s) era. We will have refreshments on
hand! Please note that US Fans of UK Entertainment will not
meet on Saturday, May 30.

The Dewey-Humboldt IONS group meet Tuesday, May 5: 10:30am –
12:30pm. They will have a special guest presenter, Reverend Lois
Cheney, who will discuss hypnosis techniques to improve health and
to affect habit changes. The meetings are open to everyone with all
points of view. Visitors are welcome! Refreshments will be served.
The library’s Book Discussion Group meet on Tuesday, May 12:
9:30 – 10:45am. They are reading Flowers for Algernon by Daniel
Keyes this month. The classic book is about a medical experiment to
increase the intelligence of the central character Charlie who suffers
from phenylketonuria and has an IQ of 68. The library has copies of
the book available for checkout. Pick up a copy of the book, and then
