Prescott Country Club Property Owners Association Board of Directors Meeting May 19 2015 New Business Accept CPA’s 2014 Review – Don McGlamery made a motion to accept the CPA’s 2014 Review. The motion was seconded by Steve Gonzalez and passed unanimously. The following Minutes will be approved subject to corrections at the next Board of Directors Meeting. Date & Time Pursuant to Section 7.0 of the POA Bylaws, a regular meeting of the Board of Directors was held Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 6:00 PM at the Property Owners Association Activity Center. Officers and Quorum: The President, Ken Jeffries, opened the meeting at 6:00 PM and the Treasurer, Don McGlamery, took Minutes. The following additional Board Members were present: Mary Kloeppel, Dave Paulin, and Stephen Gonzalez. Bob Heise and Brian Biggs, Don Grad and Gracelyn Palmer were not present. Minutes Don McGlamery made a motion to accept the February 17, 2015 Board of Directors Meeting Minutes. The motion was seconded by Dave Paulin and passed unanimously. Treasurer’s Report Don McGlamery reported that finances are on track for 2015. Office Manager’s Report No report Committee Reports • Architectural (Stephen Gonzalez): Stephen Gonzalez reported two shed permits were issued in February, two shed permits and two fence permits were issued in March, and six fence permits and a pergola permit were issued in April. • Budget & Finance (Don McGlamery): Will be discussed under new business. • Building & Grounds (Don McGlamery): The parking lot will be discussed under new business. The old fax machine broke and we purchased a new heavy-duty one today. • CC&Rs Enforcement (Bob Heise): No report • Community Enhancement (Dave Paulin): The dead tree at the front entrance will be removed by Balta Landscape. • Community Relations (Brian Biggs): No report. • Health & Safety (Mary Kloeppel): No report. • Nominating Committee (Don Grad): No report. Unfinished Business None Complete paving the parking lot - Don McGlamery made a motion to receive bids to complete paving the parking lot. The motion was seconded by Dave Paulin and passed unanimously. 2016 Mandatory Dues Credit – Don McGlamery made a motion to credit all members in good standing $10.40 toward 2016 dues, as was done for 2015.
