muscle-building GoNoodle fitness

… People learned about heart,
respiratory, dental and spine health
during screenings as well as chats
with medical professionals.
On May 21, YRMCʼs Celebrate Life Health Expo ʻ16
transformed Prescott Gateway Mall into six bustling
neighborhoods, all focused on health, fitness and learning.
In fact, the day was a “smashing success,” according to
Robbie Nicol, YRMCʼs Executive Director of Community
Outreach and Philanthropy.
“People perused the neighborhoods that fit their needs and
interests,” she said. “Each neighborhood included different
programs, services and information, but they all featured
lots of positive, neighborly fun.”
YRMCʼs wellness mascot, Wellby the Yava Bear, spread
the fun with his own style of GoNoodle dancing. To keep

up the antics, he then headed to the
Spine Health Neighborhood for a back
massage from a professional therapist.
