Originating from the oriental wonders of Zen Buddhism , it involves being constantly aware of oneʼs subjective conscious experiences which includes Meditation ! As a viable ʻresolveʼ possibility , Iʼd personally suggest to any of you who consider altering some unwanted behaviors , to look over Mindfulness on the internet .
