NEWS FROM THE OFFICE
Arizona Shuttle (formerly Shuttle U) can no longer pick
up passengers at the old Red Arrow Building for trans-
port to the airport. I have asked them to resume their
service at the POA Office (1133 Old Chisholm Trail) for
your convenience. You can call Arizona Shuttle at 928-
442-1000 to arrange your pickup and drop off.
The new 2018 Membership Directory is at the office.
Liens will be filed against those properties who are in
arrears for the past three years (2017, 2016 & 2015) in
mid-February. If you would like to make payment ar-
rangements to pay past dues owed the POA and prevent a
lien from being placed on your property, please call me.
Thank you
Marge Huffman, Office Manager

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
POSITION AVAILABLE
There is a Director position available. This is a voluntary
position that requires your time and effort, which is very
much appreciated by the community. Board member Ste-
phen Gonzalez resigned from the Board effective Janu-
ary 4, 2018. Steve has some medical issues that need to
be resolved. He has devoted three years to the POA as a
Director and also the Chairman of the Architectural Com-
mittee. We thank Steve for his service to our country and
to the POA. Please keep Steve in your prayers.
Steve’s position expires on December 31, 2018. Inter-
ested parties are asked to submit a bio to me at the of-
fice no later than February 15, 2018. The 2018 Board
of Directors will review all bios received at the Febru-
ary 20, 2018 Board meeting and appoint a new Director.
Board meetings are scheduled on the third Tuesday of
each month at 6 pm. Please familiarize yourself with the
POA Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Architectural
Control Guidelines, CC&R’s and POA Definitions and
Standards. If you need a copy of these documents, you
can come to the office to pick them up or go on line at pc-
cpoa.com. All Board members are required to participate
in various committees such as Architectural Compliance,
Budget & Finance, Building & Grounds, CC&R Enforce-
ment, Community Relations, Events & Recreation, and
Health & Safety.
