The following Minutes will be approved subject to corrections at the next Board of Directors Meeting . NEXT MEETINGS & EVENTS Next Board of Directors Meeting : Tuesday , February 21 at 6:00 pm Next General Membership Meeting : Wednesday , October 4 at 6:00 pm Spring Community Garage Sale : Saturday , May 6 Date & Time : Pursuant to Section 7.0 of the POA Bylaws , a meeting of the Board of Directors was held Tuesday , January 17 , at 6:00 PM at the Property Owners Association Activity Center . Officers and Quorum : The President , Bob Heise , opened the meeting at 6:00 PM , and Don McGlamery took Minutes . The following additional Board Members were present : Dave Paulin , Mary Kloeppel , Gracelyn Palmer and Theresa Ritcher . Brian Biggs , Bob Gray , and Stephen Gonzalez was not present . Minutes : Dave Paulin made a motion to accept the December 7 , 2016 minutes . The motion was seconded by Theresa Ritcher and passed unanimously . Dave Paulin made a motion to accept the Organizational Minutes from January 3 , 2017 . The motion was seconded by Mary Kloeppel and passed unanimously . Treasurerʼs Report : Don McGlamery presented the 2016 Annual Report to the Board . Office Managerʼs Report : Bob Heise noted that Marge is back and that everything is running smoothly . Committee Reports : Architectural : Stephen Gonzales – No report . Budget & Finance : Don McGlamery – See below . Building & Grounds : Don McGlamery – No report CC & Rs Enforcement : Theresa Ritcher – No report . Community Enhancement : Dave Paulin – Someone drove over the median across from Red Arrow and tore up the landscape . Balta fixed it all . Community Relations : Brian Biggs – No report . Events & Recreation : Theresa Ritcher – No report . Health & Safety : Mary Kloeppel – No report . Nominating Committee : Theresa Ritcher – No report . Unfinished Business None . New Business : Administer Oath of Office : The board members read the oath of office aloud and signed the oath . Confirm and Accept Meeting Schedule : Don McGlamery
made a motion to confirm and accept the 2017 meeting schedule . The motion was seconded by Gracelyn Palmer and passed unanimously . Confirm and Accept Committee Appointments : Don Mc- Glamery made a motion to confirm and accept the committee appointments that were made at the January 3 , 2017 meeting . The motion was seconded by Mary Kloeppel and passed unanimously . Authorize Payment of Annual Insurance Premium : Don Mc- Glamery made a motion to authorize payment of the annual insurance premium . The motion was seconded by Gracelyn Palmer and passed unanimously . Authorize Schulte and Hilgendorf , CPA , for Annual Review and 2016 Taxes : Mary Kloeppel made a motion to authorize payment and hire Schulte and Hilgendorf , CPA , to generate the POA Annual Review and the 2016 Tax Return . The motion was seconded by Don McGlamery and passed unanimously . Board to Approve 2017 Budget : Don McGlamery made a motion to approve the 2017 budget . The motion was seconded by Theresa Ritcher and passed unanimously . Approve $ 2,000 Reserve Account deposit for 2017 : Don McGlamery made a motion to approve a $ 2,000 deposit into the Reserve Account for 2017 . The motion was seconded by Gracelyn Palmer and passed unanimously . Adjournment : Dave Paulin made a motion to adjourn . Gracelyn Palmer seconded the motion and the meeting was adjourned at 6:20 PM .
