IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RIGHT-OF-WAY ( DITCH ) AND DRIVEWAY CULVERT
Keeping the ditch ( right-of-way ) free of weeds and debris is the responsibility of the property owner . However , when mud and silt flows through and accumulates during the monsoon season , Yavapai County will come out and clear the ditch so water will flow properly . If you have this problem , call me and I will notify the County to put your address on their list . The County does not clean out the driveway culverts . That is the responsibility of the property owner . I have spoken with Wyatt Orr , the owner of Earth Resources Corporation , and he tells me his company can clean out driveway culverts . The cost will depend on the length of the culvert and the amount of accumulation inside . He will come to your home to give a free , no-obligation estimate as to the cost of the job . We would love to welcome you to come play cribbage with us at the Prescott Country Club Property Owners Association , located at 1133 Old Chisholm Trail , Dewey , on Monday , February 6 , from 2-5 p . m . It will be an exciting way to spend an afternoon , and donate to our favorite cause , theYavapai Humane Shelter !! If youʼve never played cribbage before , you have a treat in store . The next meeting will be held on February 7th , from 10 : 30 to 12:30 at the Dewey Humbolt Public Library . We will expand our exploration of consciousness and intention via a presentation by Shakti Seva Simran on the pioneering work of Dr . Joe Dispenza with “ Change from the Inside Out .” We will be focusing on learning more about the quantum human skill of Coherence and how its practice empowers us to overcome our bodies and time and move from survival to creation .
