HAVE FUN WHILE EXERCISING!
Interested in a free low-impact aerobics group-exercising without jumping and easy enough
movements to talk occasionally while “shaking those
fat cells right off?” Our small group of 60ish to 80ish
women meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9:30-10:30 in the POA meeting room. We exercise with
alternating DVDs--Richard Simmons (Sweating to the
Oldies) or Jane Fonda (who is now 70ish). The first 1/2
hour is warming up and standing routines. The second
half is arms and floor exercises and cool-down. Just
drop in whenever you can. Wear comfortable clothes,
bring water and an exercise mat or towel and a willing
spirit to move and laugh. For more info, call Susan
