PG & CC Board of Governorʼs Meeting Minutes
November 8 , 2016
The meeting was called to order by President Fred Boehm at 2:00 PM .
Attendees : Jessica Hall ( Ownership ) Fred Boehm PerryHedstrom Peter Barnett Bob Wetzel JimBurton Wayne Melquist
Treasurerʼs Report The current balance remains $ 394.37 . The treasurerʼs report was approved .
Minutes The Board stated their appreciation to Ownership for the quick transition of the restaurant to JJʼs Bar and Grille . The menu and staffing is still undergoing refinement and Jessica indicated the menu will remain bar food style . There was a very good turn out for the Halloween themed karaoke . A motion was made and seconded to dissolve the Board of Governors . A discussion was held among the Board members in attendance . Over the last few elections , the Board has found it increasingly difficult to find Club members willing to serve on the Board or the its committees . Participation in Board organized activities is down considerably . Many members are taking any concerns directly to Ownership , which is open to hearing directly from the members . There is nothing in the By-Laws specifically addressing the dissolution of the Board . Section 10.1 of the By- Laws states “ These By-Laws may be amended , altered , or replaced by the Operator from time to time upon prior written notice to the Board of Governors ” although this motion was not proposed or endorsed by Ownership . After discussion , the Board unanimously voted to bring this motion to the full membership at the January , 2017 General Meeting normally scheduled for election of the Board .
Next Meeting The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday , December 13 , 2016 at 2:00 PM . All members are welcome to attend .

I will be holding one class on Saturday , December 10th at 9:30 am . The cost of the class will be $ 12 and includes all the materials needed . This is always a fun time together .
