About the Cover
William Raymond Burke, born March 30, 1951,
passed away unexpectedly November 1, 2015. William was
born in NY. The majority of his school years were spent in
Canada, including time at the University of Winnipeg. While
attending the University of Winnipeg, he organized ski trips
to United States. William has been my beloved life and
business partner for the past seven years. Many know him
through his work on PCC News. He was passionate about
his work with our community. The last two years publishing
and growing PPC News Magazine gave us great joy and
satisfaction.
