address the measures that should be taken by owners and contractors prior to hurricane season. For example, the types of
insurance coverages that should be in place, and ensuring that sufficient labor and materials will be available in case of a state of
emergency. Additionally, attention will also be given to the contractual provisions and business considerations that parties should
