MANUEL FARACH ADRIANA LOPEZ-TAYLOR
Manuel “Manny” Farach is a Partner
in the Fort Lauderdale office of
McGlinchey Stafford PLLC. Manny
has demonstrated a consistent pattern
and commitment to diversity and
inclusion. He has actively participated
with the Florida Association for
Women Lawyers, Palm Beach Chapter
and the F. Malcolm Cunningham Sr,
Bar Association. Most notably, he was
the first person of color to serve as
president of the Palm Beach County
Bar Association and is a past president
of the Palm Beach County Hispanic
Bar Association, advancing diversity
within the Palm Beach County Bar and
encouraging the best and brightest
stars to run for the bench and for
bar leadership. Regarding bench
leadership, for many years, he has
served on the Judicial Nomination
Committee for the Fourth District
Court of Appeal. Congratulations, Mr.
Farach! Adriana Lopez-Taylor serves as an
Associate at Scott Smith Injury Law.
She has consistently used her financial
resources and network to mentor
students at Palm Beach Lakes High
School’s Law Magnet Program and
to support the efforts of the Hispanic
Bar Association, the F. Malcolm
Cunningham Bar Association, and
the Florida Association for Women
Lawyers, Palm Beach County Chapter.
Before joining Scott Smith Injury Law,
Adriana served as an Assistant State
Attorney where she encouraged her
peers to participate in the activities
of the minority bar associations and
sat on the hiring committee, actively
engaging in the recruitment and
hiring of diverse attorneys. Finally,
she served on Palm Beach County’s
Criminal Justice Commission’s Racial
and Ethnic Disparity team where
she was tasked with addressing the
sentencing disparities in Palm Beach
County. Congratulations, Ms. Lopez-
Taylor!
