PAYZA FRAUD – 4 TYPES YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT Payza Fraud – 4 Types You Should Know About If you have a Payza account, it would be wise to educate yourself about the different types of Payza fraud that could affect you and cause havoc in your life. The last thing you need or want is to sort out a mess you never created. But you can learn about what to look out for right here and how to protect yourself. 1. Card-Not-Present Fraud (CNP): Card-Not-Present Fraud is a type of Payza fraud that could occur if your credit card information is stolen and then used to open a Payza account in your name to make online purchases. As the person is not present in the store to buy the product or service, the merchant will not know the difference between the real you and the person who stole your credit card information. 2. Phishing: This type of Payza fraud occurs when a fraudster sends emails to people with Payza accounts whom they hope to convince to hand over personal information, such as passwords and Transaction PINs. These emails can sometimes look real as Payza’s logo is perfectly replicated by the fraudster. These types of email scams always ask for personal information to be sent via reply or by clicking on a link. www.Payza.com
