Developing site and system specific Safe Systems of Work and training regimes to comply with current legislation and procedures. Engaged by several large MoD Maintenance Management Organisations, commercial FM organisations and NHS Trusts.
2023 – 2025 Rehlko / WBPS- Data Centre Team Leader / HV AP
Rehlko WBPS is a leading provider of generator solutions, maintenance, sales, and rentals across the UK, specializing in both temporary and permanent power for data centres. Rehlko / WBPS serves major clients such as NTT, Vantage, Equinix and CBRE, delivering comprehensive critical power solutions from individual units to multi-set packages exceeding 150MVA. Their in-house project management team ensures precise installation and commissioning tailored to client data centre needs, covering all aspects including civil work, transformers, control switchgear, generator sizing, UPS systems, acoustic and exhaust systems, emissions control, and fuel solutions.
Additional services include generator repairs, high-voltage work( up to 4.5MW), panel upgrades, synchronization, load banking, and more. As part of the HSE team, I assist with LOTO procedures and have contributed to the implementation of new safety protocols for the Lithium Iron Phosphate hybrid generator, NetZPack. I was also promoted to Team Leader for managing the DC team.

Amey / Vivo Defence – Coordinating Authorised Person – Electrical and Mechanical
Focal point for internal and external customer interface, AP response and technical support, Management of electrical subcontractors, planning works and providing reports on tasks undertaken. Switching of HV and LV Switchgear. Organise and execute HV and LV switching isolation, Earthing, identification of the point of work and issue of safety documentation duties on HV and LV networks in accordance with JSP375 Electrical safety rules. On-site HV SAP and assist with managing the HV electrical contractors. Scheduled checks and maintenance actions on electrical equipment. Managing contract works and, where necessary, providing reports. Electrical testing and commissioning activities. Issuing electrical safety documentation, where necessary. Recently undertaken Wellbeing and Inclusion role to further my understanding of this important element of the modern workplace

Midland Management Services( TUPE from Interserve) – Lead Shift Engineer
Worked a Four-on-Four-off Shift Pattern at RAF Molesworth, including RAF Alconbury when required. Responsible for Electrical planned and reactive maintenance, PPM’ s, Emergency call outs, and ensuring equipment operates to a specified performance criterion. Providing on call out of hours support. Lead Shift Engineer of Generators, UPS Systems and main switchgear controls for the wider United States Visiting Forces( USVF) estate. Working with the Client to develop and maintain a good pro-active working relationship, based on mutual understanding of the Generator and Power Network.
