Comfy Quilts: Silentnight Impress Brief
With close inspection of the Silentnight brand guidelines, I produced this redesign of the Impress memory foam
contour pillow packaging for a target market of 30 - 60 year olds.
Calming grey-lilac
and a uniform colour scheme for the
infographics gives a
mature appearance,
whilst the dark blue
band creates a strong
relationship to the
Silentnight brand,
whilst the ‘metal’ strip
creates an affiliation to
the brand’s website.
The previous design included an imprinted hand illustration, I opted to reference the imprint in the title itself,
whilst the ‘contour’ is referenced with a subtle curve across the packaging.
The design was to introduce the revised Silentnight logo, as such the new logo takes up a large area of the
design.
