Pastor Paul had the opportunity to teach over 600 pastors who came from Vietnam at the World Missions Sending Conference took place in Bangkok, Thailand, and 9 of them were ordained to full-time ministry. The conference had over 1,400 pastors and leaders total from twelve nations in Asia. The missions conference aimed to send out leaders, church planters, and missionaries from different nations in Asia back to Jerusalem, through the 10 / 40 window.
