Pastor Paul had the opportunity to teach over 600 pastors who came from Vietnam at the World Missions Sending Conference took place in Bangkok , Thailand , and 9 of them were ordained to full-time ministry . The conference had over 1,400 pastors and leaders total from twelve nations in Asia . The missions conference aimed to send out leaders , church planters , and missionaries from different nations in Asia back to Jerusalem , through the 10 / 40 window .
