Taking part in an Outpatient Cardiac Rehab Program is a key step in your journey to heart health. You may feel anxious about it, excited to get going, or not certain about how you feel. Each person’s journey is unique — your diagnosis, risk factors, treatment, and medications may differ from those of others in the program.
