Low-sugar protein drinks 36 Notes Avoid gassy foods such as broccoli, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage. Avoid vegetables with large seeds such as tomatoes, zucchini, or cucumbers. No corn. No potatoes with skins. Avoid canned fruits that contain syrup, skins, seeds, and membranes. Avoid berries. Avoid dried fruits such as raisins, apricots, and prunes. Avoid high-sugar desserts and desserts with nuts and berries. Drink liquids half an hour before and half an hour after snacks and meals to avoid fullness. Avoid sugar-containing drinks. No carbonated drinks.
