Resumo
Este estudo tem por finalidade discutir a clínica da infância, a partir de recortes da prática, aliados à alguns conceitos psicanalíticos como significante e psicose infantil. Serão usados recortes de um atendimento em clínica escola, à um menino de quatro anos, que fora trazido por seus pais. O atendimento fora sustentado no âmbito da Psicanálise, de orientação lacaniana. O atendimento teve duração de um ano, e as sessões aconteciam uma vez por semana. Ao final do ano, foi proposto que o paciente continuasse em tratamento, devido às características do caso, porém, os pais decidiram que não iriam dar continuidade ao processo, e encerraram o atendimento precocemente.

Abstract
This study aims to discuss the childhood clinic, based on practice cuts, allied to some psychoanalytic concepts as signifier and infant psychosis. Cut-outs will be used for an attendance at a school clinic, to a four-year-old boy who had been brought in by his parents. The service was sustained in the scope of Psychoanalysis, of Lacanian orientation. The service lasted one year, and the sessions were held once a week. At the end of the year, it was proposed that the patient continue treatment, due to the characteristics of the case, however, the parents decided that they would not continue the process, and they closed the care early.
