CENTRO DE CONVIVÊNCIA E COOPERATIVA E A POLÍTICA DE SAÚDE MENTAL: PERCEPÇÃO DOS PROFISSIONAIS
COEXISTENCE AND COOPERATIVE CENTER AND THE MENTAL HEALTH POLICY: PROFESSIONALS' PERCEPTION
RESUMO
Analisar a percepção dos profissionais que atuaram nos Centro de Convivência e Cooperativa (CECCO), no município de São Paulo, tendo em vista a evolução da assistência; os fatores intervenientes para o funcionamento desse serviço; a sua inserção e relevância para a Rede de Saúde Mental no Município, na Rede de Atenção Psicossocial no território e na Política Nacional de Saúde Mental. Quanto ao método, foi realizado um estudo exploratório-descritivo, qualitativo, com o referencial metodológico da Análise do Conteúdo. Em termos de resultados, considerou-se que o CECCO trouxe uma mudança de paradigma na assistência em Saúde Mental no município, pois sua inovação técnica e ideológica provocou reflexões importantes sobre acolher a diferença sem classificar e tirar a potência do sujeito. Por fim, entendeu-se que o CECCO é um modelo de assistência que vai ao encontro da Reforma Psiquiátrica e da mudança de paradigma em Saúde Mental.

ABSTRACT
To analyze the perception of the professionals who had acted in the Center of Convivência and Cooperativa (CECCO), in the city of São Paulo, in view of the evolution of the assistance; the intervening factors for the functioning of this service; its insertion and relevance for the Net of Mental Health in the City, for the Net of Psychossocial Attention in the territory and the National Politics of Mental Health. How much to the method, was carried a study exploratory-descriptive, qualitative, with the methodological referencial of the Analysis of the Content. In terms of results, its innovation was considered that the CECCO brought a change of paradigm in the assistance in Mental Health in the City, therefore technique and ideological innovation it provoked important reflections on receiving the difference without classifying and taking off the power of the citizen. Finally, one understood that the CECCO is an assistance model that goes to the meeting of the Psychiatric Reformation and the change of paradigm in Mental Health.
