Sloth

What do sloths look like? Sloths hair grows backwards! Sloths are 2feet tall and weigh 9 pounds. Young sloths fur is brown. When sloth babies are born they already have their claws. Algae forms the green on the sloths coat of fur. When they are adults they have brown and green fur. That is what sloths look like.

Giant Ground Sloth

What does the Giant ground sloth look like. They lived in Prehistoric times starting about 1.9 million years ago. They looked like bears. They have really sharp claws. They are as big they are as big as an elephant. They are huge mammoths. They stood up really tall to get their food. That’s what Giant Grownd sloths look like.

American Mastodon

What do Mastodons look like? They lived in the ice age. They were the size of an elephant. They had thick legs. They sucked up water with their trunks and squirted it into their mouth. They had bumpy teeth. The American Mastodon was a shaggy mammal. That is what they looked like.
