Turtle

How can we keep sea turtles safe? Many countries have laws to protect sea turtles. Some people steal their eggs from turtles nests. Then they sell the eggs for food. People can harm turtles to eat them. A lot of garbage gets thrown into the ocean and the turtles sometimes eat the garbage and die. A clean ocean is good for the ocean and the animals that live in there. Big turtles often get caught in fishing nets and drown. We want to keep sea turtles safe.

Dolphins

What do dolphins eat? Dolphins follow fishing boats and the people make it easy for dolphins to get fish. Dolphins eat seals and sea lions and sea turtles. Dolphins eat many fish some eat squids and crabs. Most dolphins eat fish instead of crabs and squid. Black dolphins eat cephalopods and crustaceans. Dolphins surround fish like a ball and they grab in to get the fish. I learned a lot about what dolphins eat.

Snapping Turtles

What characteristics do snapping turtles have? Snapping Turtles bite as fast as a snake. They do not have teeth. Their baby eggs are the size of a quarter. Snapping turtles lay 40,000 eggs at a time. Snappers can stay under-water for 3 hours. That is what I now about snapping turtles.
