I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all your staff at your Branch for the wonderful service I received when booking my holiday for seven with you to America. It was a holiday of a lifetime for us and I was footing the bill, so as I had not been before I did on numerous occasions ring up for advice. All your staff were great and treated me with respect and patience as I did ring on lots of occasions. The service offered to me was so greatly appreciated and gave me a great deal of confidence. I requested special assistance and again this was provided with efficiency and courtesy. The VIP lounge was wonderful and the staff looked after everything, even letting us know when to board – how fab was that! The crew brought my requested for a special diet and again the experience was good. The Hotel in Port Orleans more than met my expectations and the food and service was Brilliant – we would return! Thank you again, the service given by Virgin was wonderful and I have already recommended you to several of my close friends who wish to take their grandchildren to Disney. My family and I had a holiday of a lifetime thanks to you your staff, the Virgin Airline and of course Disney. We will contact you again for our future holidays and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you and your staff. Thank you again for everything... it was the best!

Our account billing had been a mess as we had internal problems with our receivables billing. Paul worked with me to straighten out our account and get our payments current which was most appreciated. He has responded to emails sent in a timely manner and responded in a very polite and professional manner. I also appreciate the fact he follows-up on any inquiries I have regarding our account.
