Carol Boettcher has been executing wellness programs for the staff at Broken Sound for over five years and was one of the first private clubs to implement a wellness dashboard among other programs. But what makes Carol unique is her relentless pursuit to find new ways to continually improve the health and well-being of the employees.
Most recently Broken Sound Club’s Human Resources Employee Wellness Program has partnered with Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Early on in the relationship, the hospital initially provided the club speakers for member lunch n’ learns and has developed into a true partnership where the relationship gives us the added emphasis we needed to take our Employee Wellness program to
the next level.
Today, the BRRH provides employee wellness programs that include biometric tests, tobacco cessation, and education programs targeted to the employees health and well-being.
The partnership will help the club reduce absenteeism, improve productivity and will save the club money.

Carol has developed an employee wellness Initiative that includes partnering with the Baca Raton Regional Hospital Corporate Wellness Programs that dovetail in to employee engagement initiatives.
