Prior to joining Vineyards Country Club,
Mr. Malonson worked for 30 previous operating club facilities. During that time he developed the necessary skills to profitably manage the club. That’s right, I said profitably, without giving up the services and amenities the member expects.
Rick Ladendorf affectionately refers to Mr. Malonson as “Mr. Wall Street” for his financial and business savvy and his ability to provide an excellent member experience while staying focused on the P&L and Balance Sheet.

Mr. Malonsonl has inspired and is spearheading a state-of-the-art wellness center & spa that is being considered as one of a handful of Wellness Academies that will educate department heads and board members from clubs nationwide.
An enthusiastic athlete and health conscious person himself, Paul is dedicated to keeping his members, staff and community members healthy.
In addition, Mr. Malonson understands the importance of being socially responsible, a good neighbor, a good employer and a great place to belong as a member, in part by keeping with a ‘green’ future.
