I winter in Southern Pines, NC at a lovely 23 acre
farm. All the horses enjoy their large paddocks,
all with sheds. The foal and youngsters all live
outside in big fields. They only come in if during
bad storms.
The main barn has a few stalls with direct access
to turn out, Rocazino lives in one of those stalls,
he loves to be outside, and would be perfectly
happy living in a large field with a shed…
During the summer we head to South Hamilton,
MA where we are on a
much smaller but lovely
farm. Only the riding horses make the trip north. All
stalls have access to turnout, and the horses enjoy
the freedom to chose to be
