HOTskills.me is an education-tech-tool created by Reading College staff Alex Warner, Graham Wilmott and student James Turner.
On the homepage, you'll see a box in which learners and leaders alike can input a subject being studied. The site will automatically generate a range of learning outcomes and associated activities for the learner and/or leader (for their individual learners).
Some benefits of HOTskills.me include:
- Planning for differentiation
- Giving and receiving feedback to monitor and demonstrate [rapid] progress
- Developing self and peer assessment resources/tools
- Reflecting upon learning processes and products of progress
- Undertaking research and learner-led inquiry
Integrating e-learning and progressive activities
- Establishing an education-wide common language for progress
There will be an official
launch coming very soon!
