FOUNDATION NEWS
2025 Year-End Campaign
To celebrate the Foundation’ s 50th anniversary, we asked our community for“ one dollar for each year of impact.” The response was overwhelming, with many donors sending gifts of $ 50 or more to support our students in their most critical moments.
To make the impact of each gift feel more tangible, this campaign featured the story of Maria *, a first-generation student, who faced the sudden loss of her mother earlier in 2025. Terrified she would have to drop out, Maria received a grant from the Bobcat Emergency Relief Fund. These funds allowed her to stay at PHSC and continue her education.
The campaign also marked the launch of“ The 1975 Club,” the Foundation’ s new monthly giving group. Members provide a steady, reliable foundation for students, like Maria, every single month with recurring gifts starting at just $ 15.
In total, the“ 50 for 50” campaign raised over $ 30,000, with funds going toward the Bobcat Emergency Relief Fund, as well as several other scholarship funds.
