Foundation Honorary Board Member Marc Bowman and his wife Judy recently established the Bowman Family Scholarship Fund as part of their estate plan . “ When we established our estate plan , there was no doubt that it would include a contribution to the PHSC Foundation for an endowed student scholarship — a forever legacy for our family ,” said Bowman .
The GFWC Historic Brooksville Woman ’ s Club made a generous gift to their scholarship endowment . Created in 1999 , the endowed fund has provided over $ 36,000 in scholarship awards .

The Rotary Club of New Port Richey and Judy Parker contributed to the Rotary Club of New Port Richey Frank Parker Scholarship . Parker was a club member for over 40 years before his passing in 2018 . The Rotary Club of New Port Richey ’ s 10 scholarship endowments will provide 12 awards to PHSC students totaling $ 7,800 during the 2024-2025 academic year .
CareerSource Pasco Hernando recently established two annual scholarships in honor of Truist Bank ’ s Managing Director , William “ Lex ” Smith , and Withlacoochee River Electric , Inc .’ s Executive Vice President and General Manager and PHSC Foundation Board Member , David Lambert . Lex and David are strong advocates for workforce development , leading to job creation and training and helping individuals become the best version of themselves .
First generation college students will benefit from the continued support of the Gary L . Blackwell Charitable Foundation whose generous contribution will provide over ten scholarships during this academic year .

Marion Bullock / Delta Kappa Gamma Key Women Educators Scholarship has provided nearly $ 16,000 in scholarship funding to students pursuing a career in education .
