Governor Ron DeSantis Appoints New Trustees to Board
On April 12 , new appointments to Pasco-Hernando State ’ s Board of Trustees were announced by Governor Ron DeSantis . PHSC welcomed three new members to the board : John Allocco Jr ., Ryan Brady and Gino Collura , Ph . D . Gov . DeSantis ’ new additions bring fresh perspectives and expertise to the board . They participated in their first DBOT meeting on April 25 . Our new board members were selected to serve alongside the current DBOT members : Chair Marilyn Pearson-Adams , Vice Chair Rebecca Schulkowski , Pharm . D ., John Mitten , Lee Maggard and Nicole Newlon , J . D .
“ The leadership and support that our Trustees provide not only to the College but to me as president is invaluable . We have a committed , dynamic group of leaders here , and it is a joy to work with each of them ”, said Jesse Pisors , Ed . D .

As we welcome our new appointments , we also bid farewell to Trustee Jeffrey Harrington , Ph . D ., who served on the board from 2017 to May 6 , 2024 . His years of service on the board are much appreciated and PHSC wishes him well in his future endeavors .
